As difficult as it is, here I am going to present the major characters in Sailor Moon in order from my most favorite to least favorite. It's hard to actually not like any of them, but you know the deal, everyone has got to have their list of favorites. -_^
It's hard enough putting all the senshi in my order of preference as it is, so to make it a little easier on myself, I am going to cheat and separate the inner and outer characters. This is basically how I rank the main senshi, yet it is subject to slight changes now and then, but not very often. ^_^
These decisions are made based on the original Japanese version of the show, since it's the only one that matters. ^_^
On a somewhat related note, if I was to pick a character in the series that I most resembled in personality (despite the fact that I'm a guy), I'd probably be a cross between Ami and Hotaru. Though not quite as smart as Ami, and not quite as frail as Hotaru.

"Inner" Characters
Kino Makoto: Sailor Jupiter
|
She's just awesome. Powerful lightning attacks, strong-willed, and a great morale booster. |
Tsukino Usagi: Sailor Moon
|
Clumsy and cowardly at times, but extremely loyal to her friends. |
Mizuno Ami: Sailor Mercury
|
On the shy side, humble, very nice, and incredibly smart. |
Hino Rei: Sailor Mars
|
She is a Shinto Priestess, which I think is really neat. The way she always teases Usagi is funny too. |
Luna & Artemis
|
Guardian cats are all right with me! Luna is also nice as a person too. |
Aino Minako: Sailor Venus
|
Being good at video games (and having several made about you!) is a noteworthy accomplishment. |
Chibi-Usa: Sailor Chibi Moon
|
If nothing else, the Luna-P ball is a neat gadget to have. |
Chiba Mamoru: Tuxedo Kamen
|
Mamoru isn't around incredibly much, but enough to tease the girls now and then. He wears a cape though, (this is what makes him interesting ^_- ) when Tuxedo Kamen is needed. |

"Outer" Characters
Tomoe Hotaru: Sailor Saturn

Where do I begin? Hotaru rivals Mako-chan as my overall favorite! Ever mysterious, I feel so sorry for her. Purple also happens to be my favorite color. |
Kaioh Michiru: Sailor Neptune
|
Excellent violinist and all around artist. She starts off rather prudish towards the inners, but is the one to warm up to them first. |
Ten'ou Haruka: Sailor Uranus
|
Auto racing enthusiast. She is willing to martyr herself for her quest of the talismans. Though that much dedication kind of spooks me, actually. |
Meiou Setsuna: Sailor Pluto
|
Unfortunately I really don't know enough about Setsuna to make a valid judgement. But being able to control time is a *definite* trait worth respecting! |
